1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GAAS (gaasai.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. GAAS reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

GAAS is an AI-powered brand identity generation platform designed for e-commerce businesses. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate logos, color palettes, brand guidelines, advertisements, web assets, and other branding materials based on user inputs.

3. Accounts

  • One account corresponds to one brand. Multi-brand support is not available.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Starter plan: $20.90/month, includes a 3-day free trial.
  • Pro plan: $50.90/month.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Fuel Credits

  • Fuel credits are used to generate brand assets (ads, web assets, etc.).
  • Fuel credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Unused fuel credits do not roll over between billing periods.
  • Upon cancellation, remaining fuel credits are reset to zero.
  • The initial brand wizard (logo generation, extraction, and reveal) is free and does not consume fuel.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all brand assets generated through GAAS, including logos, images, color palettes, and other materials. GAAS does not claim any rights to your generated content. You are free to use, modify, and distribute your generated assets for any commercial or personal purpose.

7. AI-Generated Content

  • All brand assets are generated using Google Gemini AI technology.
  • AI-generated content may not be entirely unique. GAAS does not guarantee that generated assets will not resemble existing designs or trademarks.
  • You are solely responsible for conducting trademark searches and ensuring your generated brand assets do not infringe on existing intellectual property.
  • GAAS is not liable for any trademark or copyright disputes arising from the use of generated content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use GAAS to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Abuse the generation system (e.g., automated scripting, excessive requests).
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the GAAS platform or its AI processes.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties.
  • Use the service in any manner that could damage or impair the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

GAAS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to GAAS in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your account and subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • GAAS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
  • Upon termination, your access to the platform and all generated assets will be revoked.
  • We recommend exporting your brand assets before cancelling your account.
